Clean and Convenient with Some Noise Issues
I had a pleasant stay where the room was clean and spacious, featuring a microwave and fridge, which was very useful. The breakfast offered a variety of options, although the atmosphere was a bit crowded. The major downside was the loud air conditioning unit that disturbed my sleep at night. Overall, it's a good place if you manage to get a low rate.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing during our downtime, and we appreciated the hotel's proximity to Lovers Key State Park, where we spent an awesome day swimming and shelling. Plus, the WiFi kept my teens happy and connected.
In my kids’ opinion, having a live front desk staff would be better. They found the video check-in odd and preferred a more personal interaction instead of talking to a screen.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22decent breakfastnice poolgood locationcheck-in delaystaff trainingpoor cleanliness
The check-in process took a long time due to automated kiosks. I had to wait almost 40 minutes. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there weren’t many options for help. My room was mostly clean, but I noticed some musty odors. The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus in the humid weather. There were no hot water issues during my stay, thankfully. I appreciated that the breakfast had decent options, but it often ran out of items, and I had to wait for more to be brought out. One of the mattresses felt worn out. The pool area looked nice but needed cleaning. Staff was mostly unresponsive when I sought assistance with breakfast items running low. I left feeling a bit frustrated with the service but still enjoyed the location close to attractions. Overall, I think some staff training could vastly improve the guest experience here.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a pleasant one-night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the convenience of in-shower soap dispensers was a nice touch. The elevator needs urgent attention. I recommend using the stairs to save time. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers visiting the area.
